Dee is sweet little black mare that we purchased in March, 2011 from John and Sheila Fink in Deer Park, Washington. She has only been used as a broodmare but that will change now that she is with us. I believe all my horses need to be ridden regularly and Dee will be no exception. She is a bit shy but is doing wonderfully. She is bred to our stallion Ryegate RLK Moro for a spring 2012 baby. Stay tuned.
Chintimini Clementine

This mare came to us from John and Sheila Fink. She has produced some beautiful babies for them but this year we are focused on using her on the trails. I've taken her out on several rides this spring and you would have thought she had been ridden every day. That is the beauty of this breed, they never forget what they've learned and this mare has had some wonderful training in her past. She's a great addition to our family.

Barn Name “Kiera”
I purchased this beautiful palomino mare in February 2009 as a coming 5 year old. Kiera has become my primary trail horse. I have been amazed at her level-headedness on the trails. She’s had grouse fly up in her face and gotten tangled in barb wire while being ridden and has remained calm and completely unflappable. She is willing to do whatever is asked of her. Don’t presume her calm attitude makes her a slug on the trail. She prefers to be the leader of the pack and has a wonderful smooth trot that can’t be beat. Kiera and our boy Broken Roads Litl Brother gave us a surprise. Kiera will be presenting us a foal in the spring of 2011 from our supposed gelding who turned out not to be a gelding after all. I will be very surprised if this foal doesn’t have a blonde mane based on his parents. I know he or she will be a beauty. Stay tuned.
Badlands Belle Dawn

Belle came to us in July of 2010 to be bred to our stallion Eli in the spring of 2011. Thanks to my wonderful friends Bob and Donna Barrett for the opportunity to make this beautiful buckskin mare a part of our breeding program. Belle is a sweetheart, very calm and level headed. She hadn’t been ridden in a couple of years but hadn’t forgotten a thing. She has been a joy to ride. Can’t wait to see the beautiful combination of our stallion and this mare.
